To run TkMap you will need these supplemental programs installed on
your computer:
- tcl version 7.4 and Tk version 4.0

- bioTk version 1.3

http://www.cbil.upenn.edu/~dsearls/bioTk.html
I also required this
patch
to bioTk v1.3 map.tcl file in order to be able to correctly draw
labels to the left of the map axis. I've sent the patch to the
author.
