I've written some software, distributed under the GNU General Public License.
- EPQ, an efficent priority queue
implementation in C.
- TkMap, a program for producing
publication quality genetic and radiation hybrid maps.
- BPE, the meiotic breakpoint
environment, a collection of programs for meiotic breakpoint mapping.
- sequence, simple web form
wrappers for command line sequence analysis tools.
- domino, a python script to play
puertorrican dominos.
- hillclimb, local search code to solve
instances of 3SAT for the DIMACS Challenge on Cliques, Coloring and
Satisfiability.
- rapier, a package
for analyzing pairs of cDNA microarray data. Performs a t-test of
control vs treatment data, written in python, shell, and R.
- FiniteFields, python
modules for generating and evaluating finite fields.
- salHUD, a
heads-up display for public health data. This was our entry in the Puerto
Rico Tech Summit Hackathon. I wrote most of the Python, with
Roberto Arce's help, and Juan Sola wrote the javascript. Jose Conde
is our domain expert.
